Your appointment is very important to us here at Meraki Salon & Spa. It is reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for cancellations.

 

We also enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

Our reminder texts are sent out 72 and 24 hours in advance because we know how easily it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will require a card on file before an appointment is booked.

 

Less than 24 notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
